Classic Macaroni Salad
- 4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp honey dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 cup celery, minced
- 2 green onion, diced
- sprinkle of paprika
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Do not over cook you noodles. It needs to be al a dente. Also be sure to rinse with cold water.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey dijon mustard, whisk until smooth. Mix in the garlic salt, onion, and celery. Fold in the cooked macaroni. Chill for at least an hour before serving. Sprinkle with paprika before serving
