Pizza quesadilla

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 4 8 inch Flour Tortillas
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 12 Turkey Pepperonis
  • 1 Cup Marinara Sauce


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400*.
  2. Brush canola oil over a pan and place the tortillas on the pan.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over each tortilla, and divide the pepperoni among tortillas.
  4. Top each with additional cheese.
  5. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, and carefully fold each tortilla in half.
  7. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until browned and crisp, turning after 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with marinara.
