you will need:
2 lb. stew beef
1 c. diced celery
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced onions
2 c.diced carrots

Place beef and vegetables in a Dutch oven, casserole or small roaster. Pour stew spice over stew and one cup of water. mix well. Cover tight and place in oven at 250 degrees for 4 hrs.
