Chocolate Chip Muffins



Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream {8 oz}
  • 5 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Combine wet ingredients in bowl first, then stir in dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
2. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes until muffins test done. Cool for 10 min, then remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
